So heres the deal..how can we turn that heloc into a fixed second? I would suggest going back to the loan guy that put you in the loan and ask what can be done to do it.....and he SHOULD do it for cost......if he Doesnt do it for cost...gimme a call and I will do it for ya......over and over the Heloc is used and it really hurts the borrower. Gimme a call sometime if you need some help on this. On the flip side though WHAT A GREAT HOME eh?
I was wondering the same thing, I got the "Previously Investigated" response but 3 days later got the frivolous letter in the mail saying they believe my latest request was frivolous. This above letter really doesn't mention anything about the frivolous disputes.
